Legacy Schools is managed by a Board of Directors (BOD) and the Parents Teachers Association (PTA). The management makes the major decisions affecting the operations of the school while the Administrative arm is involved in the daily administration of the school.
The administration is composed of;
Employee appraisals will be conducted at the end of every year to audit the performance of each individual member of staff and by extension, determine the most performing departments and/or sections. Individuals and/or departments with impressive performance will be rewarded accordingly.
Leaves will be granted by the Administrator. Duly filled leave application forms should be submitted before leave begins.
All complaints should be addressed to the management through the heads of departments (HoD’s).
